Plans that people understand. And trust.
Creating a plan-on-a-page is never easy. It's perhaps one of the most common, and yet most complicated, diagrams that you will need to draw. Many people will try and suggest that you fudge a stacked bar chart. Or sell you a plug-in that automates the timeline – at the expense of flexibility. In fact, all you really need is some standard PowerPoint tools. So we've poured years of experience into a kit of reusable slides and shapes. It will help you quickly and easily build a plan slide that is clear and meaningful, so your stakeholders quickly get your approach and understand the current status. And because it will look professional, people are more likely to trust it – and you. The kit has been designed to work with your PowerPoint templates: when you paste it into your deck it will automatically pick up your colour palette and your fonts, to fit seamlessly into your brand styling. It been created to accompany the 'How to create a great plan-on-a-page' course, but it can be purchased and used standalone. It includes instructions on how to use and adapt the timelines, which are available in both metric and US sizes. You can try the kit now and then buy the course at a later date.
